TOASTED COCONUT POUND CAKE

Category: Recipes, Soup Soup Ingredients 16 oz lean ground beef 16 oz ground pork 1 Tbsp olive oil 2 Tbsp olive oil 2 cups 1/4-inch diced carrots 2 cups diced onion 1 1/2 cup diced celery 8 cloves garlic , minced (3Tbsp) 10 (14.5 oz) cans chicken broth bring to a boil add: 2 cups dry orzo pasta 12 oz fresh spinach , chopped Instructions Fry beef and pork together in a soup kettle with 1 Tbsp. olive oil. When meat is half done, add: 2 Tbsp olive oil, carrots, onion, celery and minced garlic. Saute until meat is done then add chicken broth and bring to boil. Add Orzo and boil until al dente. Add spinach. Just before serving top each serving with shredded Parmesan and serve with fresh warm bread slathered with butter. Yummers! Notes *Closely resembles Italian wedding soup in flavor
