MY FAVORITE PECAN COOKIE

This was my mother's favorite holiday cookie! Directions: Directions: Preheat oven to 375F. Form mixture into balls and roll in sugar.  Place on baking sheets 2" apart. Bake 10-12 minutes in preheated oven. Remove from oven and immediately place a chocolate kiss or chocolate star in center of each cookie. Then remove cookies from the pan and allow to cool completely.
