MEXICAN ORZO SALAD
Ingredients: 4 eggs 2 c sugar 3/4 c oil 5 T cocoa 1 tsp salt 1 c flour 2 tsp vanilla 1 c chopped pecans or walnuts Directions: Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 9x13 pan with foil, grease and flour lightly. Beat eggs and sugar, add oil, cocoa, flour, salt and mix well. Stir in vanilla and chopped nuts. Pour into pan and bake for 35-40 min.
