MARIE’S MOM’S REFRIGERATOR COOKIES

Marie brought these out once. Omg they are fantastic! Ingredients: Ingredients: 1 ½ c flour ½  cup cold butter 2 eggs ½ c walnuts 1/3 c powdered sugar 1 1/4 c sugar 2 cups chopped Rhubarb ½  c flake coconut Directions: Directions: In bowl combine 1 c of the flour and the powdered sugar. Cut in butter until crumbly. Pack in lightly greased 9x13 pan. Bake 350 for 13-15 minutes. In another bowl, combine sugar, 1/4 cup flour and eggs. Mix well then stir in rhubarb, nuts and coconut. Put over crust and bake at 350 for 35 minutes. Cool and cut into bars.
