MANDARIN ORANGE CAKE

My good barn friend, Marie, is quite the baker. She brought this for us once and I had to have the recipe! Mix together: Mix together: 4 beaten eggs 2 c sugar 2 c flour 2 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt 2 tsp vanilla 2 c heated milk with 2TBSP butter Directions: Directions: Beat well. Place in prepared 13x9x2 pan and bake 375 for 30 minutes. When cake is done melt 10 TBSP of brown sugar, 6 TBSP butter and 4 TBSP cream in a sauce pan. Pour over cake, sprinkle with coconut and return to pan until coconut is toasted.
