GIANT MOLASSES COOKIES

My mother-in-law, Marie, brought us some of these cookies one day and I had to have the recipe. These are now my favorite cookie. Ingredients: Ingredients: 1 c powdered sugar 1 c white sugar 1 c soft butter 1 c vegetable oil (I use EVOO)   -Cream together Then add: Then add: 2 eggs 1 tsp  vanilla 4 c+4 TBSP flour 1 tsp salt 1 tsp soda 1 tsp cream of tartar Directions: Directions: Sift dry ingredients then add to butter mixture. Form into small balls and lightly press onto baking pan with glass dipped in sugar. Bake 350 until golden 10-15 minutes. THE BEST!!
