EGG NOODLES
With my occasional over abundance of eggs, I love making and freezing fresh egg noodles for winter use. Here is a basic recipe and sometimes I add different things to make flavored egg noodles. Yummmm! Ingredients: Ingredients: 2 eggs, beaten Add 1/2 cup milk A pinch of salt 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour Directions: Directions: Mix well and knead dough until smooth. Roll out onto floured surface about 1/8 inch thickness and cut into noodles. Allow to air dry if cooking fresh or freeze on pan then put in freezer bags and freeze until ready to use.
