CUCUMBER TOMATO ONION SALAD

Ingredients: Ingredients: 3 T red wine vinegar 2 T olive oil 1 T sugar 1 English cucumber or 2 regular cucumbers, peeled and sliced 1 large Roma (or 2 small) tomatoes, sliced in half then into half moons ½  medium sweet onion, thinly sliced into half moons 2 T fresh dill weed, chopped or 1tbsp dry Salt and pepper, to taste Mix all together marinate a couple hours and serve. YUM!
