TRADITIONAL DURST TAPIOCA PUDDING

My mother always made us tapioca pudding at Christmas. Such fond childhood memories!Ingredients:Ingredients:4 c milk2/3 c sugar2 tsp vanilla½  tsp salt½  c small pearl tapioca3 eggs beatenDirections:Directions:Mix everything together in a pan let sit 5 minutes. Turn stove to medium and stir often to prevent sticking. Bring to boil and boil one minute. Take off burner and cool.
