Oh man this the best summer salad yet!

Ingredients:Ingredients:8 large ears of sweet corn cooked, cooled and corn cut off½ c thinly sliced green pepper½ c thinly sliced red bell pepper½ c chopped red onion4 thinly sliced carrots2 diced kohlrabi½ cup thin sliced green onionsPut all vegetables in large bowl.Vinaigrette:Vinaigrette:1/4 cup olive oil2 Tablespoons rice vinegar3/4 tsp ground cumin½ tsp saltDash pepperZest and juice of one limeMix vinaigrette together and then add in vegetables.
