Another score by my friend Marie!Ingredients:Ingredients:1 ½ c rhubarb chopped with 1/4 c water cooked until tender and thickMix together:Mix together:1 ½ c sugar1 c shortening2 eggs1 tsp vanilla2 ½ c flour1 tsp soda½ tsp salt½ c walnuts chopped
Directions:Directions:
Mix together with rhubarb. Bake at 350 for 15 min.
Frosting:Frosting:
1/4 c melted butter mixed with 4 TBSP milk, 1 tsp vanilla and 2 cups of powdered sugar.
Mix together and frost when cake is cool.
