One of my favorites!
Ingredients:Ingredients:
3 c flour1 c flaked coconut1 tsp baking soda1 c shortening.1/2 tsp salt1 c sugar½ tsp baking powder1 c packed brown sugar2 c rolled oats2 eggs2 c crisp rice cereal1 tsp vanilla
Directions:Directions:
Preheat oven 375F.
Cream shortening, add sugar gradually. Add eggs and vanilla beat until light and fluffy.Sift dry ingredients together and mix into wet ingredients. Add oatmeal, rice and coconut. Mix well.
Drop by TBSP on slightly greased cookie sheet and bake 12 minutes.
