PEANUT BUTTER CRUNCH BALLS

Ingredients:Ingredients:½ c peanut butter3 T soft butter1 t vanilla1 c Rice Krispies½ c chopped pecans1 c shredded coconutDirections:Directions:Mix together.  Refrigerated for 30 minutes.  Form into balls.  Return to refrigerator and let chill at least and hour.Melt:Melt:1 package chocolate chips1 square  sweet chocolateKeep on low heat so that the chocolate remains soft.Drop the balls into chocolate mixture one at a time using a fork to roll them so that the chocolate will cover.  Let set on parchment paper in the refrigerator.
