NICK's CRANBERRY SAUCE RELISH

My friend Nick made this for a gathering once. Richard loved it so I had to get the recipe.Ingredients:Ingredients:1 bag fresh cranberries1 ½ cup sugarZest of 1 orange½ cup fresh orange juice1/4 cups water1-2 TBSP diced crystallized gingerDirections:Directions:Bring all ingredients to boil in sauce pan. Simmer until most all cranberries have popped. Chill in fridge or serve warm.
