MANDARIN ORANGE CAKE

I received this recipe years ago from a pen pal. It truly is yummy! I have used sugar free pudding and lite whipped topping for another great alteration!Ingredients:Ingredients:1 box white cake mix2 eggs1/3 cup unsweetened apple sauce1 11 oz can mandarin oranges1 8 oz carton Cool Whip1 8 oz can pineapple1 pkg instant vanilla puddingDirections:Directions:Mix cake mix with 2 eggs. Add unsweetened apple sauce and mandarin oranges-undrained.Beat on low speed for 30 seconds then medium for 2 minutes.Pour into prepare 9x13 prepared pan.Bake at 325 for 30 minutes or until tooth pick inserted comes out clean.In medium bowl,  mix Cool Whip, undrained pineapples and vanilla pudding.Spread on cake and chill.
