MA BEDNER'S CORN FRITTERS

I have fond memories of Richard's Mom making these.Ingredients:1 1/3  C  flour1 ½ TBSP baking powder1 tsp salt1 17oz can cream style corn1 eggDirections:Directions:Mix all together.Heat 1 C oil in pan. Drop batter by Tbsp in oil and fry 2 minutes each side until brown. Drain on paper towel.
