KELLY PETHAN'S HASH BROWN CASSEROLE

Ingredients
2 lbs thawed hash browns
1/2 lb butter melted
2 tbsp fine chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 cups sour cream
2 c shredded cheese
Instructions
Mix together and put in greased 9×13 pan
Topping: 2 c corn flakes mixed with 1/2 c butter
Bake uncovered 1 hour at 350 degrees
Notes
When I broke my back, I was unable to stand up for long periods of time so friends started a community website focused on making us meals. I had a litter of puppies here at the time and when it was time for them to go home the Pethan family came to get their puppy and brought us the best meal which included these potatoes. They are to die for! Kelly and family you are the best!
