GROUND BEEF, ASPARAGUS AND BASIL STIR-FRY

Serves 4-6Ingredients:Ingredients:1½ lb ground beef1 lb asparagus, cut into 1-inch pieces1 (10-oz) pkg matchstick carrots4 green onions, thinly sliced3 cloves garlic, minced¼ cup soy sauce¼ cup sweet chili sauce½ cup thinly sliced fresh basilDirections:Directions:Cook beef in a large skillet over medium heat, stirring until beef is browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet.Stir in asparagus, carrots, green onions and garlic; cook, stirring, 2 minutes.Stir in soy sauce and chili sauce; cook 3 minutes.Stir in basil.
