GRANDMA BEDNER's FAVORITE SUGAR COOKIE

My mother-in-law, Marie, brought us some of these cookies one day and I had to have the recipe. These are now my favorite cookie.Ingredients:Ingredients:1 c powdered sugar1 c white sugar1 c soft butter1 c vegetable oil (I use EVOO)  -Cream togetherThen add:Then add:2 eggs1 tsp  vanilla4 c+4 TBSP flour1 tsp salt1 tsp soda1 tsp cream of tartarDirections:Directions:Sift dry ingredients then add to butter mixture.Form into small balls and lightly press onto baking pan with glass dipped in sugar.Bake 350 until golden 10-15 minutes.THE BEST!!
