CRISPY THAI BEEF SALAD

This makes 2 big dinner salads.Dressing:Dressing:6 Tbsp. fresh lemon or lime juice2 Tbsp olive oil2 tsp soy sauce½  tsp sugar substitute or sugar Few shakes of crushed red peppersMix ingredients together in a medium bowl.Salad Ingredients:Salad Ingredients:2 carrotsBroccoli Slaw1 onion (chopped)1 cucumber (peeled and chopped)Mix all ingredients together along with the dressing.  Stir well and let sit.Steak:Steak:Salt and pepper 1 lb of steak. Broil to desired wellness. Let steak rest 5 min on cutting board before slicing. While steak rests toast a desired amount if sesame seeds (I do this at high heat in a fry pan with a touch of sesame oil).  Slice steak.Time to plate....place a good handful of mixed greens on plate. I top those with fresh snap peas too. Put steak on greens. Divide dressing veggie mixture between 2 plates topping steak and greens. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds. Enjoy!
