CHICKEN, BROCCOLI, RICE CASSEROLE

Ingredients:2-(10oz)pkg frozen chopped brocolli or fresh cooked4 c cooked rice1 can cream of celery soup1 can cream of chicken soup1 1/4 c water or chicken broth1-16 oz pkg processed American cheese cubed2-3 stalks celery and one large chopped onion sautéed in 3 Tbsp butter1 1/2 -2 lbs cubed cooked chickenDirections:Preheat oven to 350In medium saucepan mix soups, water and cheese. Stir until cheese is melted on medium low heat. Watch so it doesn't burn. Stir in butter, onion and celery mixture.Combine with brocolli and rice in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.Pour mixture into 9x13 baking pan and place into preheated oven for about 45 minutes until heated thru.Awesome comfort food!!
